Premier provides a range of
first class Voicemail services. We supply you with your own unique
phone number and a 4-digit PIN number which allows you to retrieve
messages, change your greeting message and access all of the other
functions available.
Voicemail phone numbers are available with the dialling
codes below :

- 0870 ( 8p/min or less )
- 0818 ( Republic of Ireland National Rate

NEW : We
can now provide local area code voicemail - for example if you want
a voicemail with an 0121 Birmingham code we can do this - prices
as per our 020 rates - please telephone to purchase this service.
Please note that all call rates apply to calls from
BT landlines only, mobile rates will depend on your network provider
and contract
Purchasing Information
You can purchase in two ways:

Call us on 020 8236 0236, we can accept Credit and Debit card
orders over the telephone during normal office hours.

Add the required item(s) to your shopping cart by clicking
on the basket icon(s) and then proceed to the checkout. You
will be required to pay by Credit or Debit card through our
payment provider NOCHEX. Please note there is a £200 limit
on each NOCHEX transaction, so if you need to spend more than
this, make multiple transactions or call us on 020 8236 0236.
* 0800 numbers include a call allowance of 1000
minutes per calendar month. Additional minutes will be charged at
3ppm.
The ‘Premium-Rate’ Voicemail
operates as one of the above types but has a premium rate telephone
number attached to it. These voicemails are charged as per the above
tables according to the service required. The premium rate owner
receives revenue from calls to the premium rate number. Premium
Rate numbers are available from 20ppm to £1.50ppm. Revenue payable
starts at 60% of the premium rate charge and varies according to
the number type and call volume.
Please note that Premium Rate services can only be ordered by contacting
us by telephone. Please be aware of ICSTIS
requirements before considering the use of Premium Rate numbers

into groups of (almost) any size and shape. This facility is useful
for voicemail broadcast applications
