Premier can supply a range of non-geographic
telephone numbers which can be mapped or connected to your existing
geographic, mobile or international number. For example, we could
supply an 0844 number mapped to your existing phone line. Callers
would then be able to reach you by dialling your existing number
OR the new 0844 number. This facility can be useful if you want
to promote a number, but not disclose your our own phone or office
number.
Please note that all call rates quoted below assume calls from
a BT landline within the United Kingdom. Call Rates from outside
the UK or from mobile phones and other networks are dependent on
the operator and/or the country of origin of the call. BT retail
call charges can be found here.
Freephone (0800) Numbers
: Callers to these numbers pay no
charge ( does not apply to all mobile operators ).
UK Destination Landlines : Setup fee of £25
and in addition 5p/min at all times ( subject to a minimum spend
of £5 per calendar month ).
Mobile/International Destinations : Setup fee
of £25 plus a per minute charge will be applicable
(dependent on destination). This is a Pay-As-You-Go service, calls
will not be connected if the owners' account balance falls to zero.
0845 Numbers
: Callers to these numbers pay 4p/min
or less regardless of where they are in the United Kingdom.
UK Destination Landlines : Rental fee of £50/annum
and no additional per minute charges.
Mobile/International Destinations : Setup fee
of £25 plus a per minute charge will be applicable
(dependent on destination). This is a Pay-As-You-Go service, calls
will not be connected if the owners' account balance falls to zero.
PROMOTION : Free
0845 number which can be linked to any landline at no charge (normal
price £50/annum) with any voicemail purchase. The 0845 remains
free while the voicemail is current.
0844 Numbers : Callers
to these numbers pay 5p/min.
UK Landline Destinations : Rental fee of of £25/annum,
no additional per minute charges.
Mobile/International Destinations : Setup fee of £25
plus a per minute charge will be applicable (dependent
on destination). This is a Pay-As-You-Go service, calls will not
be connected if the owners' account balance falls to zero.
0870 Numbers : Callers
to these numbers pay 8p/min or less regardless of where they are
in the United Kingdom.
UK Landline Destinations : Rental fee of £120/annum
plus 2p/min for any minutes in excess of 1000/month.
Mobile/International Destinations : Setup
fee of £25 plus a per minute charge will be applicable
(dependent on destination). This is a Pay-As-You-Go service, calls
will not be connected if the owners' account balance falls to zero.
Local Area
Numbers : We can now supply local
area codes for most towns in the UK (e.g. we can supply an 01273
Brighton number). Callers to these numbers pay normal UK rates.
UK Landline Destinations : £30
setup fee and in addition 5p/min at all times ( subject to a minimum
spend of £5 per calendar month ).
Mobile/International Destinations :
Setup fee of £30 plus a per minute charge will be applicable
(dependent on destination). This is a Pay-As-You-Go service, calls
will not be connected if the owners' account balance falls to zero.
RoverPhone Service
: This service allows users to obtain competitive international
call rates and cross-network rates at all times. Users register
a phone by clicking on the link below and making a payment into
their account (by debit or credit card). Once the account is active,
the user calls an 020 landline number and is then invited to dial
their destination number. The user will be told their current account
credit and the cost of the call and must then press a key to confirm
they wish to make the call. There are no call setup charges and
billing is on a per second basis.
The RoverPhone service can
be used by landline or mobile users ( mobile users often have cheap
off-peak minutes which can be used to access the service so greatly
reducing the cost of calling internationally ).

Premium Rate (0901/0905/0909)
Numbers : These numbers are available in a range of prices from
20p to £1.50 (per minute). the number range supplied depends on
the type of service required. Callers to the numbers pay the appropriate
rate through their own telephone bills. The owner of the number
receives revenue for the calls made from Premier. The revenue payable
is approx 70% of the call cost for all premium rate numbers ( please
call for a quote as rates vary with number type and volume of calls
). Premier can attach premium-rate numbers to any landline (geographic)
number supplied by the customer. The service provided by the customer
MUST comply with the requirements of ICSTIS
otherwise the service may be terminated and revenue forfeit.
